Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise that aids in purging and regulating the systems in our bodies. These simple, yet powerful simple movements are incorporated with breath work and guided imagery, which results in increased energy, balance, vitality, and an overall sense of well-being.

This support group meets the 1st Tuesday each month to offer those diagnosed with Breast Cancer the opportunity to connect with and receive emotional support from those in similar situations. It also affords those participating the gift of sharing knowledge and building a strong network of support to meet varying needs through open discussion and activities.
