Join Jan for Chi-Yoga, which draws from the practices of QiGong and Classical Yoga. This gentle Chi-Yoga class is intended to promote overall well-being by helping participants circulate life force energy (chi/prana/breath), calm the mind, improve balance, increase flexibility, and enhance musculoskeletal health.
